Interview of Michel Chekrallah

Deakins:
Welcome in the new (and old) Hall of Fame of BOWS-2 Soldier Chekrallah! Who are you?

Michel Chekrallah:
A Master Research degree holder from INSA de Lyon France, currently living in USA.

Hale:
What are you working on nowadays (when not BOWSing)?

Michel Chekrallah:
Oh yeah, I remember I was doing something before I locked my room’s door and swallowed the key, three months ago.

Deakins:
Are you connected to other soldiers involved in the BOWS-2 challenge or playing alone?

Michel Chekrallah:
Me, myself and I.

Deakins;
Was it difficult to enter in the Hall of Fame?

Michel Chekrallah:
I would say more challenging. The pictures are robust against initial attacks and more against improvements.

Deakins:
Did you use the same arrows for the three images or was it a special sharp each time?

Michel Chekrallah:
The same attack, but with different types of arrows.

Hale:
Which aim was the most difficult to shoot?

Michel Chekrallah:
No wonder you name it souvenir, it was a souvenir to remember.

Deakins:
What is your opinion about the BOWS contest? Do you think it is useful?

Michel Chekrallah:
Good idea, and very useful. We educate ourselves while we’re playing.

Deakins:
Have you some fun going into combat?

Michel Chekrallah:
Always.

Hale:
Are you completely addicted, watching the site every hour, or are you relax and confident?

Michel Chekrallah:
No no no not at all, I am completely relaxed, but I watch the site every second.

Hale:
Last question, in your opinion, what will be the average PSNR of the winner?

Michel Chekrallah:
Close to 35.

Hale and Deakins:
Thanks Michel!
